FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some of the more common questions we are asked about our luxury replica phones. If you have a question about our mobile cell phones that is not answered below, please feel free to contact us.

1. How different are your replica phones from the originals?
- The phones are 99% like their original prototypes. They feel, look and even weigh the same. The firmware is CECT based and not original, but offers the same features of the original firmware and even more. The main difference is that original Vertu cellphones are made of very expensive materials, such as real gold and true diamonds, while our products are mainly made of hi-end quality metals. But the firmware of our phones is the same as the original Vertu ones. We offer the same functions as the original prototypes and even more.

2. Do your phones work with any wireless service provider?
- They are fully UNLOCKED. They are designed to comply with all GSM Dual Band 900/1800 MHz, Tri Band 900/1800/1900 MHz and Quad Band 850/900/1800/1900MHz phone operators (most every major service). Please check if your local area network is compatible before making your purchase.

3. What languages are available?
- They are different for each model. Select your desired model and view the available languages in the product details.

4. Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes, each phone comes with 6 month manufacture warranty!

5. How much does shipment cost?
- We provide fast shipping worldwide, please view our shipping page for more details.

6. How can I track my package, do I get a tracking number?
- Yes, you will be given a tracking number as soon as it is available (if you ask us for it). All orders that have been provided a tracking number can be expected around 2-5 days after date of purchase (this is including our 48 hour processing period and usual carrier delays). Order processing on in stock items takes 24 - 48hrs (business days) from the time of payment. After that the shipping option chosen applies. You will get an email confirmation from our shipping department.

7. Do you ship to any country?
- We try to ship to any country, but there is a list of countries that are very troublesome in terms of customs regulations and law. Most US, European, Asian and African countries are eligible to get our replica phones without any problems.  Please contact service before order, if you think there might be problem shipping to your country.

8. How long will the shipping take, and with which shipping services are you using?
It usually takes 7-12 business days to ship order to any country worldwide. We use EMS, DHL, and UPS shipping services. After the orders will be send, we will provide customers with tracking numbers.
PLEASE NOTE: All on-line tracking is updated with 12-24 hour delays, it depends on the shipping service, you will have to give them time to update their website.

9. Can you mark the shipment as "Gift" or "For personal use"?
- Yes, we can do that, but you should notify us upon ordering.

10. Are your phones made of real yellow or white gold?
- Our products are gold-plated by new technology, which means that they’re made of hi-end quality metals.

11. How can I pay for my order?
- We accept payments through Western Union.  More detailed instructions will be provided when you check out, with your order. Please be certain to follow the instructions and email us with the MTCN# from your Western Union receipt. Once we have that number, we can begin processing your order.   Please feel free to contact our 24 hours customers support service to resolve any difficulties.

12. Can you provide me with discount?
- Yes, we will provide our customers with discounts on special events, and we will also provide discounts for our frequent customers. Sometimes, we will provide new customers with special discount if we can.

13. Do you charge sales tax?
- No, we don’t charge any sales tax or VAT tax.

14. Will I have to pay the import taxes for the phones?
- It depends. But if the items are packaged as gifts, you should not be liable for any import taxes. All international deliveries are insured and labeled as a gift if you ask us in advance. So you should not have to pay for any taxes from your countries customs departments.  All taxes are your responsibility, if any are due when you are receiving your phones from carrier.
