Wherever you live, we will deliver straight to your door! Every package is provided with an internationally traceable tracking number. From the day your order is shipped to the day it arrives at your home, you will be able to track it. All packages are shipped by the safest delivery method possible.

All orders that have been provided a tracking number can be expected around 7-10 days after date of purchase (this doesn't include our 48 hour processing period). Order processing on in stock items takes 24 - 48 hrs (business days) from the time of payment. After that the shipping option chosen applies. You will get an email confirmation from our shipping department.   

We provide top DHL shipping service for our customers for most of our phones. We can ship your order directly to your door wherever you are living, while it may take 7 to 10 days to receive your order.

How to track your order:
You will receive a tracking number after your package has been sent. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment at the courier's website. We will also notify you with the courier service that we used and supply you with a link to their website. If your tracking number starts with M or V then your package has been shipped with UPS and you should track at www.ups.com  In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website.
